Communication is Key
If someone calls our firm, because they need help, they’ll usually get a call back within 5 to 10 minutes. You know, it starts with that intake department and we have an investigator and every case we get we’re, there’s something that’s unusual or they need help or photographs, our investigator’s out it right from the beginning and we have a whole team that processes cases from the beginning to the end.
We went to Bruce’s office – immediately it was a different feel, a different environment. They made me feel very welcome, you know, took me by the hand and, you know, led me through the process. I knew I had found a friend, you know, in Bruce L. Scheiner’s office.
We have a group of exceptional individuals and those exceptional individuals form or comprise an exceptional team, because they embrace the values of the organization. That comes from 40 years and because of the example that’s set by my parents in terms of the investment they make and the sacrifice they make and just the burning importance it is to them to do the best job possible.
The most major difference was that instant communication, it was, I don’t even think I left the office by the time I was starting to get emails or phone calls and with where the next steps would be going and anything that I ever inquired of or text message or call, it seemed as though that everyone, didn’t matter whether it was Bruce (Scheiner) or Dan (Dalesandro) or PJ (Scheiner), everyone knew what was going on and everyone took a vested interest and that’s what I was looking for. I had Bruce’s cell phone, I had PJ’s, as well and I would get a response back very quickly.
When you’re in an accident, your life is thrown upside down, you know. There’s so many different problems – you have financial problems, you have health problems – our job is to take them on and to help people and we want to be accessible so there’s no way to be more accessible than giving your cell phones [numbers].
Anything you need, they’re there for you. Their number one priority is you and getting you back in shape. Just like a family – that’s the way they make you feel. Our job is to adopt people that we represent into our family and it is to care for them and it is to work for them and it is to fight for them.
Well, I love my clients – I love to help them. There’s nothing more gratifying than to be able to make a client feel good. My goal when a client comes in to my office is for him to walk away at the end of the case and say “Thank you, you did a great job” – that’s the most rewarding part of practicing law.
