After a person’s been injured, whether it be through an accident or someone else’s negligence, the immediate reaction by them is a fear of what’s going to come, happen. Most of the times they’re out of work, they’re at a, that loss of income puts a real strain on their family, on their ability to make proper decisions, they’re vulnerable, they can be pressured by the insurance companies to make a rash decision or an unfavorable settlement.
