Trial Attorney, PJ Scheiner, presented a lecture on the Six Vital Steps in Investigating Aviation Crash Cases at the invitation of the prestigious Florida Justice Association’s 2010 Annual Workhorse Seminar – Mastering the Winning Moves, held in Orlando, Florida February 17–19, 2010.
Attorney Scheiner with Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured, P.A., Ft. Myers, FL, has unique qualifications in addressing this topic. He is a licensed multi–engine commercial pilot with single and multi–engine instrument ratings who has logged over 1000 hours of flying time. He has a single pilot certificate to fly the Citation Jet series of aircrafts. His trial experience includes a record–setting Lee County verdict of over $44.9 million in a case tried with Co–counsel John Romano of the Romano Law Group. After graduating Cum Laude from the Miami School of Law, PJ has worked side–by–side with his father, Bruce Scheiner, who founded the firm in 1971, in continuing the firm’s legacy of compassionate and dedicated service to injured clients.
