Are you eligible to serve on a Florida jury? If so, we want your voice to help shape real cases through our Partners in Justice focus group program!
At Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, we are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our clients and our community, and your feedback helps us do just that. By participating, you’ll experience mock trial presentations and share valuable insights that help us better represent people in our community– people just like you.
What You’ll Do as a Focus Group Participant:
- Complete a screening questionnaire to tell us a little bit about your background and experience. You can fill out the questionnaire here.
- Hear real cases presented by attorneys
- Deliberate as a jury to share your insights and judgements.
- Give your honest feedback to help promote a fair resolution of the case.
- Promise to keep your experience confidential for the privacy of the real parties involved in the case.
- Earn compensation for your time and input!
Key Details:
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to sit on a Florida jury.
- Schedule: Sessions held outside regular work hours — evenings and weekends for your convenience.
- Location: From the comfort of your home via video conference or in person at the Fort Myers Main Office, 4020 Evans Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33901
- Pay: $15/hour for virtual participants and $25/hour for in-person participation — plus food and drinks provided during the session!
