FORT MYERS, Fla. (Aug. 28, 2018) – Lawyers from around the country gathered to hear from P.J. Scheiner, a trial attorney for Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured. He’s one of a few select attorneys nationwide chosen to speak at a seminar Aug. 26-28 at the Hilton resort in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Connectionology Seminars of America, the organizer of the event, brings together lawyers from across the U.S. to help improve the work of plaintiff trial attorneys and criminal defense attorneys. Scheiner delivered a special presentation on Aug. 27 that addressed handling, litigating, mediating and trying personal injury cases involving neck and back injuries.

That same month, Scheiner spoke about new approaches to proving post-traumatic stress disorder during an advanced trial skills seminar at the Florida Justice Association Annual Convention & Expo.

In May, Scheiner and fellow Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner attorney Benjamin A.A. Russell helped an injured Clewiston woman obtain a $900,130 verdict in her favor after her insurance company proposed an initial settlement of only $15,000. Earlier this year, Scheiner and the Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner team represented a Cape Coral man who received a $557,000 verdict after an insurance company proposed a settlement of just $50,000 for his injuries and damages.
