Personally, I never liked lawyers and after meeting the Scheiner’s, I just have the utmost respect for them. They really take care of you, they care, and that’s what’s important to me. They really cared about us and our injuries and our welfare.

It wasn’t like hiring a law firm, it was like hiring somebody that’s going to look after me – that’s kind of the way I felt.

They’re very professional, they’re very diligent, they’re very thought-provoking, they do all of their research – they ensure that you, as a client, you are aware of all of your rights. They want to make sure that you understand the ramifications of whatever type of situation you’re in – the good, the pros, the cons and they want to provide you with the absolute best service that they can.

I felt like I was part of the team, man, I felt like I was part of the family. They treated us just like we were part of their family whenever we’d come in there to talk to them and whenever they’d come and talk to us and it was just a wonderful, wonderful experience. You know, if there’s any kind of a wonderful experience and a horrible situation, that would have to be where it was at, was dealing with them, with Bruce (Scheiner) and his family.

And if you had any questions and they took time with you, that was the thing I was most impressed, it wasn’t like “Let’s hurry and get them out and we’ll get the other clients in” – they took time with you. And they didn’t rush you if you had questions, they answered them. If they didn’t have the answer, they would get it for you. And honest – just down to earth and honest people.

One of the biggest things that I love about Bruce (Scheiner) and his family is the fact that they’re just so honest, forthright, down to earth folks, you can talk to them – it’s not, you know, you’re not being talked down to. I can’t say enough, you know, about the whole firm really – I mean the whole firm worked together for the client and the best interest of the client. And I would say that and I would recommend that whole-heartedly, because they really do look after your best interest.

They’re going to give you their absolute best, they’re going to give you all of the years of knowledge and every resource that they have at their disposal to ensure that your case is won and that’s what you want in an attorney. Someone who is willing to go out on a limb for you to make sure that you’re taken care of and that your family is taken care of.

And at the end of the day, it’s a comforting feeling to know that’s he’s got your back. He’s got your back and that’s what, that’s part of the process is you know that you can trust somebody when they’ve got you covered, when they’ve got your back, when they’re looking out for you and taking care of you.

I know, I can honestly say they’ve changed my mind about lawyers – they truly have.
